Non-Refundable Products/Services: All products and services offered through the Webszet web portal and app (www.webszet.com) are non-refundable once sold, as they are tailored and customized to meet specific client requirements.

Exceptional Cases

In rare and exceptional circumstances, the management may consider a refund. Such cases are evaluated on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Webszet’s management.

Refund Process
  • If a refund is approved, the refund amount will be calculated after:
    • Deduction of applicable service charges.
    • Assessment of the usage period or extent of service utilized.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the date of approval.
Refund Method

• Refunds will be issued using the original payment method wherever possible. Alternatively, refunds may be processed via NEFT, RTGS, or Wire Transfer, with any applicable transfer fees deducted from the refund amount.

Services provided under the Webszet web portal and app (www.webszet.com) are managed by its parent company, Addzet Advertising & Media Private Limited.
